Meeting Mintues ⎯ Wednesday July 17th, 2025

President, Statton Clark called the meeting to order

Treasurer's Report: $2890.00


Old Business:

  • Tiered membership pricing was completed. Please see the attached price sheet.

  • Introductory rates are through December 30 th 2025. If you become a member after that time, you will have to pay the new rates.

  • Membership will run from the time they pay until the following year on the same date

  • Priced out Dunk tank with distance as follows: You will have to stand far away for $5 and you get 3 balls. Then in $5 increments, you can move closer to the tank. For $20 you don’t even bother with the balls and get to dunk them.

    • $5.00 for 3 balls (furthest out)

    • $10.00 for 3 Balls

    • $15.00 for 3 Balls

    • $20.00 to hit the BullsEye (for sure dunk)

  • Awaiting check from the County Commissioners in the amount of $2500. Waiting for some paperwork from Jodi Adams before we are able to collect payment. Once they are notified, it will take 3 days for them to cut us a check.


Committee Reports:

  • Committees Established (Membership, Fundraising, Event Planning, etc) Please be thinking about what committee you would like to be on or if you think there needs to be a committee that is not listed

Administrative Reports

  • None at this time

New Business

  • Jaclynn Graybill and Statton Clark went to look at a possible location for the CoC. Could be a great location to start off at. It is the building behind the old pool location.

  • FY will be from 1 July – 30 June

  • Jenna will move forward with advertising the event and starting on the webpage

Next meeting will be held: We will operate via email until the event on the 29th due to next week being Fair Week. If anyone needs anything, please email the group.
