As we grow, we are looking for a dedicated Receptionist/Customer Care Representative to join our team and grow alongside us.

Position Overview

Are you a results-driven, direct, outgoing, and enthusiastic communicator? We are looking for a reliable team player to handle incoming customer calls, manage daily administrative tasks, and collaborate closely with our service managers to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound calls, scheduling service appointments, and addressing customer inquiries with enthusiasm and clarity.

• Collaborate daily with service managers to coordinate schedules, dispatch technicians, and streamline workflow.

• Maintain accurate customer records, work orders, and service logs in our database.

• Provide direct, clear communication to customers regarding service updates, delays, or follow-ups.

• Assist with general office organization, administrative support, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service, reception, or administrative roles (experience in dispatching or the skilled trades is a plus).

• Hands-On Software Proficiency: Practical experience using QuickBooks Online for invoicing or record-keeping, Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel), and digital scheduling or field service management tools.

• Results-driven mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a direct, confident demeanor.

• High energy, enthusiastic attitude, and a strong work ethic.
