The Hampshire County Chamber of Commerce recently hosted a networking evening at South Branch Inn in Romney, bringing together local businesses, professionals, entrepreneurs, Chamber partners, and community members for an evening of conversation, connection, and feedback.

The event was designed to create a relaxed space for local professionals to meet one another, learn more about the Chamber, and share thoughts on how the Chamber can continue supporting the business community throughout Hampshire County.

A key part of the evening was opening the floor for discussion around the question, “What can the Chamber do for you?” This conversation gave attendees the opportunity to ask questions, offer feedback, and better understand the purpose of the Chamber as it continues to grow, organize, and build stronger connections for local businesses.

The Chamber is focused on creating more opportunities for businesses to be seen, supported, and connected. Events like this help us better understand the needs of our members, partners, and future members while also giving local professionals a chance to build relationships in person.

We would like to extend a special thank you to our Executive Partner, South Branch Inn, for hosting the event and providing a welcoming space for the evening. We also thank FNB Bank for sponsoring refreshments, Cam’s Quick Lube for donating the evening’s door prize, and Jenna Gelow Designs for capturing photos from the event.

We are grateful to everyone who came out, joined the conversation, and showed support for what we are building through the Hampshire County Chamber of Commerce.

If you are a local business owner, entrepreneur, organization, or professional interested in learning more about the Chamber, we invite you to reach out. Whether you are looking to make connections, promote your business, get involved in local events, or better understand how Chamber membership or partnership can benefit you, we would love to answer your questions.

The Chamber will continue hosting opportunities for networking, education, visibility, and business support throughout the year.

Stay tuned for more details about our upcoming anniversary event during Summer Harvest week on July 28th.
