Thank you for your interest in participating in the Hampshire Highlands Home Show! Please review the following guidelines before registering.
Participation Confirmation
After we receive your submission, we will contact you to confirm your participation and let you know whether your business will be placed indoors or outdoors based on availability.
Vendor Placement
Indoor spaces will be reserved first for office-related businesses such as banks, real estate professionals, insurance providers, and similar businesses while space allows. Indoor spaces are available on a first come, first served basis. Once indoor space is full, overflow vendors may be placed outside.
Outdoor spaces will be used for contractors, home services, home and garden businesses, and similar participants.
Vendor Setup
All participants are responsible for bringing their own setup materials, including tables, chairs, tents or canopies if needed, and generators or power banks if electricity is needed.
Power will not be provided by the Chamber or South Branch Inn.
Setup & Event Time
Vendor setup will take place from 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM. Please be fully set up and ready when guests begin arriving.
Participants are expected to remain set up until 2:00 PM.
In the event of bad weather, the Hampshire County Chamber of Commerce may make the decision to end the event early if needed.
Liability Policy
By participating in this event, vendors understand that the Hampshire County Chamber of Commerce, South Branch Inn, event organizers, volunteers, partners, and any related parties are not responsible or liable for injury, damage, lost items, stolen items, or any other incidents that may occur before, during, or after the event. Participants are responsible for their own property, setup, materials, and personal safety.
