Media & Photography Release:

By requesting a ribbon cutting with HCCC WV, you acknowledge and agree that the Chamber will showcase your event on our website, social media, newsletters, and related communications. A professional photographer will be on-site to capture the celebration, and the Chamber may use photos/video, your business name, and logo for event recaps and promotional purposes without compensation. Please inform your team and attendees that photography will occur; if minors will be present, you are responsible for obtaining parental/guardian consent. To request removal of a specific image after publication, email info@hcccwv.com with the event name and link/screenshot.
